Salary: £32,500 - £37,500

  • You will be working along with other Testers and Developers, building high quality Mobile and Web applications.
  • You will be asked to contribute with your expertise, and we encourage product participation from the team.
  • You will be part of a team building versatile, responsive, public facing applications, websites and API's in line with business requirements.
  • Producing quality solutions to class leading applications for consumers in the health sector.
  • You’ll be expected to create, build and maintain tests either alone or as part of a team.
  • Identify and resolve defects; take ownership and accountability of issues.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and be comfortable with context switching and changing priorities.
  • Plan and prioritise work to ensure the team meets their goals.

  • 3 years commercial QA/Testing experience in a software development environment
  • Experience of working in an iterative, fast paced development environment
  • Experience working within the Healthcare Recruitment Industry
  • Have good understanding of non-functional testing including performance and load testing, and technologies to support this.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a collaborative approach with the whole project team.
  • Experience working within an Application Lifecycle Management toolset such as Jira or DevOps
  • Understanding of Release and Test cycles.
  • Familiar with Gherkin/Cucumber syntax when creating tests.
  • A thorough knowledge of Rest APIs with tools like Postman, SoapUI etc.
  • Ability to Create load and performance tests with tools like JMeter or Load UI.
  • Able create code to enhance Postman / JMeter test automation.
  • Understanding of how to query a database to ascertain test evidence / results
  • Nice to have but not essential, the experience of cloud services like Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes.
  • An interest in technology and tooling.
  • A challenging and enquiring mind with a willingness to learn and embrace change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills; to be able to demonstrate the ability to drill into requirements.
  • A structured approach to tasks with an eye for detail.
  • An interest in staying keeping up with latest developments and identify new tools and techniques that may be of use to the team.
