Our service significantly increases choice and flexibility for our registered qualified therapists, providing them with the chance to work remotely, outside core hours and focus on their specific area of expertise. Side by side with IAPT services, we’ll work to meet and sustain the national recovery rate targets and transform the provision of psychological therapies in the UK.

About the opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Manager. You will lead the Recruitment, Compliance and Onboarding teams to ensure the smooth running and expansion of the therapist network and service. You will be motivated by leading and delivering excellent results with the required level of customer service, accuracy and urgency. You will be a strong people manager and be confident getting the best out of your team whilst also being responsible for delivering results individually.

What you will be doing

  • Strategically manage workload across the team in line with service and business needs
  • Ensure the network capacity meets the demands of our clients and inbound referral numbers
  • Ensure all new and existing therapists in our Clinical Network are fully compliant
  • Upscale the therapist network in line with service and business needs
  • Generate and convert referrals from the existing therapist network
  • Confidently sell ICS Digital Therapies to therapists looking for work
  • Create and implement new ways to attract and retain therapists in the network
  • Process website and inbound recruitment enquiries within a timely manner

We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have

  • Proven track record in Sales Recruitment
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A solution-focused attitude
