Our new Finance Operations Manager will manage all aspects of payroll, billing and credit control, so that daily team deadlines are met. 

Key Tasks:

  • Responsible for the day to day management of payroll, billing and credit control.
  • Responsible for ensuring all the team’s admin tasks are performed accurately within the specified deadlines. If they are not, they will liaise with team members directly in order to rectify the situation and stop repeat incidents.
  • Responsible for ensuring their team delivers the highest level of customer service and mentor team accordingly.
  • Ensure that timesheets for workers are input correctly and on time ready for payroll processing and invoicing.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all self-bill/portal clients and management fees are invoiced in a timely manner.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Ensure team handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Ensure communication procedures, guidelines and policies are followed.
  • Adapt to change in processes as business needs change ensuring the team adapts as well.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the business.
  • Manage the collection of invoices, ensuring that cash flow and DSO targets are maintained.
  • Provide an analysis of aged debt and develop plans to reduce the debt.
