Job Title: Sales Support Administrator – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £18,000 + bonus + excellent company benefits

About the opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our recruitment team within the role of Sales Support Administrator within Pulse Psychiatry. This role will form part of our supportive and friendly recruitment team based at our Turnford Office.

As our Sales Support Administrator, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the teams. This ensures that all associates are recruited in accordance with Company Quality procedures set.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and chasing candidate timesheets
  • Undertaking all tasks required to ensure timesheets are processed and logged on the system  
  • Processing any external timesheets as required using our internal IT systems
  • Dealing with queries relating to payments including tax and pension questions
  • Ensuring booking confirmations are emailed to candidates
  • Ensuring introductory emails are sent to candidates

  • Previous experience within an administrative position

  • Good attention to detail
