Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£20,000 Starting Salary + Uncapped Commission.


Liquid Personnel is a multi-award-winning recruitment consultancy based within the Northern Quarter of Manchester City Centre. Due to the aggressive growth of our recruitment business, we are currently recruiting for forward thinking and ambitious graduates looking to kick start their professional career within recruitment.

This is a full time, permanent position within Liquid Personnel’s busy and supportive recruitment team. As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for your own geographical patch, working hard to maintain relationships with candidates. The role of a recruitment consultant at Liquid Personnel is very much one of a 360 nature, you will take care of the recruitment process from start of application to final placement.

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:

  • Managing a temporary social work desk
  • Effectively promoting Liquid’s services to ensure that we are the preferred agency for candidates
  • Proactively placing your candidates onto contracts
  • Liaising with candidates daily including lapsed candidates
  • Not just growing but also maintaining your desk
  • Being resourceful and working with other in-house teams to source clients seeking new business opportunities

 

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be: 

  • Able to utilise your previous recruitment experience, which was ideally in a fast-paced temporary market
  • Hardworking, punctual and have a positive attitude
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Able to display confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Money motivated
