Marketing Manager

Location: London - Grays Inn Road

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our London based team supporting several of our key brands all of who specialise in the recruitment and supply of Doctors into the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mind-set who is highly commercial, enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. A multi-tasker who enjoys execution as well as strategizing who can think on their feet and is used to liaising with a variety of stakeholders. 

What you will be doing

  • Supporting the the leadership team drive brand and marketing strategies and develop and implement marketing plans that are aligned to the strategic business objectives.
  • Oversee and have overall ownership of divisional strategic and tactical marketing plans
  • Implement delivery of agreed plans to maintain and further develop relationships with existing candidates and clients, attract new ones, track marketing campaign ROI, monitor budgets and spend and communicate results effectively
  • Manage brand strategy and development to increase brand awareness both internally and externally
  • Responsible for tracking and analysing divisional ROI
  • Establish networks with senior management, updating them on a regular basis on marketing developments and working with them on cross-functional projects
  • Ensure effective communication throughout the division and wider group marketing team
  • Financial management of marketing activities, including budget planning, resource allocation and reports
  • Contribute ideas for improving and developing marketing standards and processes and assist with their implementation

  • You should be analytical, data driven and commercially focused with the ability to deliver innovative solutions
  • Great attention to detail, process driven and methodical mindset
  • Enjoy a faced paced working environment, taking ownership for multiple projects


  • Demonstrable experience of working in a marketing manager position within a commercial environment, preferably recruitment or similar professional services firm 
  • Experience in creating winning marketing attraction strategies and tactical execution
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, including website, ecomms and social media
