What you will be doing;

Working closely with the Recruitment & Compliance Team Leader/Manager the resourcer will be responsible for completing the end to end recruitment process for all new candidates joining the division.

  • Candidate Generation
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new quality candidates registering with Pulse Nursing
  • Achieve agreed KPIs for sourcing new candidates
  • Optimising search engines/Google, general registers and forums that are relevant to your field in addition to traditional candidate attraction strategies
  • CV searching, Headhunting & Database cleansing
  • Job board advertising
  • Registering PULSE website applications
  • Job fairs and open days
  • Dedicating time to supporting the hard to fill/shortage areas each week, liaising with the BM and consultants to ensure business needs are being met
