Job Title: Operations Manager      

Department: Bank partners 

Location: Euston (Onsite) & Grays inn road, Central London

Monday to Friday – 37.5

Salary: £55k-£65k + bonus £2,500 PQ

Responsibilities:

  • That stakeholders have a clear direction of relationship for escalation.
  • Ensuring Contractual obligations are understood for each contract
  • Ensuring that the service delivery and client delivery teams are maximising opportunities to increase bank fill
  • Provide strategic support to the contracts for delivery around recruitment and service provision.
  • Ensure the contracts remain financially stable, full P&L responsibility
  • Providing the Operations Director with monthly forecasting on GM and costs.
  • Responsible for delivering against budget and setting future years budgets showing growth in the contract year on year.
  • Forecasting requirements and identifying all possible areas to improve overall and bank fill rates in line with the agreed KPIs using a range of data tools is a key aspect of the role
  • Working in partnership with the Senior Stakeholders within the Trust(s)
  • An escalation for any performance or service issues

 About you:

  • Have a full working understanding of the Bank Partners values and objectives
  • Have a positive and solution orientated attitude at all times
  • Minimum of 5 years senior manager experience in a comparable role/sector
  •  Experience of managing multiple contracts
  • Be always committed and experienced in delivering exceptional customer service and in all situations, ensuring effective and ongoing communications
  • Actively promote the bank service at every appropriate opportunity through networking/business development
  • Able to work across partner to implement new business wins
  •  Understand the challenges of the bank service operations teams and work with all parties to reduce / overcome these
  • Have the ability to present contract reviews to the Bank Senior Management Team
