As our National Resourcing Manager you will be responsible for a team of Resourcers who are based across our Leeds and London offices. Your role will be to lead the Resourcing function ensuring we are recruiting the best candidates to facilitate our community care packages across the UK.  

What you will be doing:

  • Day to day management of a team of Resourcers across 2 sites ensuring weekly KPI’s and targets are met
  • Driving resourcing strategy, maximising resourcing avenues
  • Continuous analysis of resourcing activities and platforms to ensure opportunity is maximised across these areas
  • Provide excellence in customer service to all new candidates and consciously promote the benefits of our brand to all external candidates.
  • Maintain weekly activity reports for your team
  • Understand and communicate weekly KPIS and Targets
  • Identify areas for business development growth, and challenges.


About You 

  • Previous experience of direct resourcing or recruitment experience either within agency or internal recruitment.
  • Previous experience of leading and managing a team is essential – multi site experience an advantage
  • Experience in managing teams- either operational, sales or recruitment to hit KPIS and drive company growth.
  • Experience within the healthcare recruitment sector – experience of nursing recruitment would be an advantage
  • Experience of engaging and motivating resourcing / sales teams.
  • Experience of dealing effectively with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Passionate about team engagement and team experience
