Post Title: Recruitment and Resourcing Manager

Reporting to: Operations Director

Location: ICS Diagnostics Head Office, Zetland House, 5-25 Scrutton Street, London, EC2A 4HJ

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday


  • You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day recruitment and resourcing operations for ICS Diagnostics, across our various clinical teams.
  • You will manage the onboarding pipeline from first contact through to that diagnostic or medical staff member commencing for ICS Diagnostics.
  • You will support various other projects/tasks as required, including supply chain management, business-wide external communications, marketing/social media work, content writing, customer visits etc
  • You have excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.


  • You will ensure all elements of the recruitment, registration and onboarding process excel in line with company standards and expectations.
  • You will source, communicate with, and recruit doctors and diagnostic staff as required by company demands, contracts, vacancies and regional activity.
  • You will manage candidates throughout the various stages within the application process. From first contact, through contracts, compliance and induction, to commencement of clinical work.
  • You will maintain the staff database and ensure all systems are updated as required.
  • You will ensure a professional service is provided to candidates/clients at a high standard. This includes providing a timely and proactive response to all enquiries, forwarding to relevant colleagues as appropriate.
  • You will work closely will all business areas to ensure a staff member’s journey throughout the application process goes smoothly, and that all parties are aware of progress, timelines and responsibilities.
  • You will support the wider operations team with various duties to help with peaks in demand, specific projects or workloads, or to just diversify your role with us!
  • You will support wider external communications to both customers and staff on various different areas of business activity.
  • You will act as one of the primary points of contact for external staffing suppliers.

  • You have excellent communication and organisational skills, and can manage your own diary effectively.
  • You are able to priorities multitask effectively.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, and are able to build strong relationships with staff and customers.
  • You have the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
  • You are determined and self-motivated
  • You work well to individual and company targets/objectives, and self-motivated.
  • You are keen to grow your career within an ambitious growing start-up environment


  • Qualified to Bachelor’s Degree level (Required)
  • Previous recruitment experience – min 12 months (Preferred)
  • Previous academic or professional healthcare experience (Beneficial)
  • Previous experience of dealing with internal/external communications, and of a role that involves multi-tasking.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel.
