Job Title: Compliance and Onboarding Administrator

Salary: £22,000 per annum + excellent company benefits

Full Time – Permanent Contract

ICS Digital Therapies is a pioneering new service improving the accessibility, affordability and effectiveness of psychological therapies within IAPT. We provide a broad range of digitally-enabled brief therapies at both Step 2 and Step 3.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and empathetic individual to fulfill the role of Compliance and Onboarding Adminstrator at our London based office.

Within this role you will undertake all compliance and onboarding tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the therapist network and service. You will be motivated by delivering an excellent experience to all therapists and will complete tasks with the required level of accuracy, urgency and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential as you will be co-ordinating a rapidly expanding network of clinicians and liaising with managers within ICS.

  • Ensure all therapists are compliant at point of onboarding
  • Ensure all therapists remain compliant throughout their time in the network
  • Responsible for all administrative elements of the registration process are adhered to
  • Sell and answering questions about the ICS Digital Therapies service to therapists
  • Collate and input compliance data in a timely manner which include, but are not limited to, sending, receiving and processing of candidate documents which include: o Full application pack o Terms & conditions o References o Proof of ID o Eligibility to work o DBS checks o Occupational Health Screening o Training and appraisals o Interviews o Issuing handbooks
  • Maintain close communication with therapists during onboarding
  • Ensure all therapists receive an excellent compliance and onboarding experience
  • Undertake regular reviews of candidate files to ensure that all appropriate information is maintained and up to date
