Hours: Full Time, Permanent, 

Shifts on a rota basis incl. 1 weekend in 4

Salary: £21.5K + bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer care focused individual to join our team of Community Care Coordinators. Utilising your customer service experience, you will be responsible for completing team rotas, engaging with clients and care staff to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest standard. You will work with all internal teams to facilitate patient centred care that enriches the quality of our patients lives.

Key tasks include:

  • Acting as an initial point of contact for our clients and healthcare staff, fulfilling routine and complex requests, responding to inquiries from clients and field staff
  • Providing guidance and support to field staff working in community placements
  • Providing knowledge to colleagues, clients and field staff 
  • Planning rotas and making decisions on nurses’ suitability for particular shifts
  • To present professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users, field staff and colleagues alike

Skills and experience:

  • Good level of basic education
  • Numerate & literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • High attention to detail
