An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team where you will be involved in increasing candidate acquisition and driving digital innovation.

Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, your experience will be essential in helping to design and implement our digital strategy, driving growth and reporting on success.

This is a varied role across multiple sub-brands that covers everything from website optimisation including SEO to the creation and roll out of new websites that enhance our customers’ experience. If you want the autonomy of managing your own workload, whilst getting the support, advice and development from senior members of the team, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities Include:

  • SEO - The use of SEO tools and systems including configuration of Google Analytics & PPC - Campaign setup, landing page optimisation, reporting and budget management
  • Website Management - Maintaining our websites to ensure they are continuously updated and improved
  • Reporting – Setup and monitoring of digital reports to analyse digital performance
  • Creative thinking – find new digital channels as a source of candidate attraction and retention activities
  • Work alongside our UX team to improve the customer experience through digital platforms
  • Support wider marketing team to produce digital content including landing pages, blog articles and social content that is optimised for SEO

  • Experience of using the following tools/systems is essential: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, SEMrush or equivalent, G Suite
  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Good understanding and proven experience in the use of SEO and PPC
  • Experience of working with Word press
