Compliance Officer

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 and bonus structure

We are looking for an organised, detail-focused Compliance Officer to ensure our candidates are fully compliant before starting work, ensuring all candidates are contacted and notified of file items that need updating.

This position will be based at our Grays Inn Road Office, Central London. The successful candidate will work on providing the highest levels of service to our candidates and recruitment team. You will have the benefits of being able to work within a close-knit and lively team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the database and ensuring systems are updated
  • Confirming file and compliance updates for example right to work documents
  • Dealing with all training enquiries both in person and on the phone
  • Dealing with compliance queries from candidates, clients and the sales team

About you:

  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Be an excellent communicator and be able to build good rapport with all stakeholders
  • Be confident working in a team environment
  • Ideally have experience working in an administrative/customer service or similar position
  • Be efficient in MS Office
  • Exposure to the NHS or wider healthcare sector is desirable but by no means essential
