Supporting our brand is our Shared Service department where we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Transaction Processing Manager to lead our Managed Services Agency Invoicing team. This is a small team delivering business support activities on behalf of clients, engaging Business-to-Business suppliers of agency staff.

This is a key role where you will lead a diverse team overseeing the account payables processing of third-party invoices and to ensure client billing is managed correctly.

Key responsibilities:   

  • Provide day to day management of a diverse team, ensuring the team works collectively on common goals of processing, matching and clearing for payment agency supplier invoices.
  • Work closely with shared services director to be the face of the team to our external clients and internal stakeholders
  • As division expands to win new contracts, be the person to work within the Client Implementation Team to implement new accounts payable process into new contracts 
  • Monitor, report and be accountable for service delivery against key performance indicators
  • Work closely with suppler relationship manager to liaise with staffing agencies to ensure temporay worker invoices are submitted and processed correctly
  • Implement, plan and make team decisions on arrival of new contracts.

Qualifications/Experience Required: 

  • Significant Team Management experience in an Accounts Payables function
  • Knowledge of MS Office – particularly Excel
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and high-volume transactional team and of delivering improved customer service.
  • Experience working in the recruitment sector would be beneficial but not critical
  • Proven track record of managing and motivating a team, ideally in a high volume and fast paced environment.
  • Able to influence and manage key stakeholders
  • A proactive problem solver used to working in a challenging, fast paced environment through a period of transformation
