An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team where you will be involved in increasing candidate acquisition and driving digital innovation.

Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider marketing team, your experience will be essential in helping to lead and implement our digital marketing strategy; driving growth and return on investment.

This is a varied role across multiple brands that covers everything from creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy to website optimisation including SEO and the creation and roll out of new websites that enhance our customers’ experience. If you want the autonomy of managing your own workload, whilst getting the support, advice and development from senior members of the team, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities Include:

  • SEO - The use of SEO tools and systems including configuration of Google Analytics to analyses website traffic, customer behaviour and revenue generation & PPC - Campaign setup, landing page optimisation, reporting and budget management
  • Website Management - Maintaining our websites to ensure they are continuously updated and improved
  • Reporting – Setup and monitoring of digital reports to analyse digital performance
  • Research and keep up-to-date with the latest digital tools
  • Creative thinking – find new digital channels as a source of candidate attraction and retention activities which maximise ROI
  • Work alongside our UX team to improve the customer experience through digital platforms
  • Market research and competitor analysis
  • Support wider marketing team to produce digital content including landing pages, blog articles and social content that is optimised for SEO
  • Support wider marketing team with social media, including planning, implementation and optimisation
  • Work with internal teams to support the setup of more digitally-streamlined processes
  • Analyse performance data to measure and report success against client goals (ROI and KPIs)


  About You

  • Have strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Have the ability to communicate comfortably with senior management, stakeholders and external agencies
  • Be a strong communicator and team player with excellent organisational skills
  • Be data and results driven
  • Enjoy a faced paced environment and taking ownership for multiple projects



  • Have experience in creating and implementing a digital marketing strategy, whilst gaining stakeholder buy in
  • Experience of using the following tools/systems is essential: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, SEMrush or equivalent, G Suite
  • Proven experience within a similar role
  • Good understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Good understanding and proven experience in the use of SEO and PPC
  • Experience of working with Word press
