Recruitment Consultant 

Salary: £20,000 + Depending on experience

ICS Group is a unique healthcare solutions platform with an integrated specialised staffing and healthcare services offering combining deep clinical expertise, digital capabilities, technology and analytics.

A&E Agency has been providing doctors to healthcare clients since 2008. We provide our clients with high-calibre doctors in either locum or permanent positions for both NHS trusts and private hospitals and we now have teams that specialise in placing doctors across: A&E; Anaesthetics; Medicine; Obstetrics and gynaecology; Paediatrics; Surgery.

We are currently looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant on a full-time permanent basis working at our Office in Grays Inn Road, Central London. We welcome applications from experienced Recruiters but are also keen to hear from ambitious and money hungry candidates looking to build a rewarding career in the recruitment industry.

·       Sourcing new clients through Business Development and cold-calling

·       Pre-screening candidates to assess their suitability

·       Building long lasting relationships with our doctors and clients

·       Sending CVs to our clients and organising interviews with successful candidates

·       Placing candidates by closing deals and negotiating salaries where/if necessary

·       Take ownership of your desk

·       Competent Computer Skills
