Recruitment Consultant 

Salary: £20,000 + Depending on experience

A&E Agency has been providing doctors to healthcare clients since 2008. Back then, the company consisted of just our three founding members covering emergency medicine doctors in the Manchester area and over the next few years we saw huge growth in every aspect of our business and we are now an established and market-leading agency for doctors operating UK-wide. Our ethos has always been to maintain growth which is why we’ve expanded into different specialities outside of just A&E - as a result, we’ve built up expert levels of knowledge in many specialist areas. We provide our clients with high-calibre doctors in either locum or permanent positions for both NHS trusts and private hospitals and we now have teams that specialise in placing doctors across: A&E; Anaesthetics; Medicine; Obstetrics and gynaecology; Paediatrics; Surgery.

We are currently looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant on a full-time permanent basis working at our Office in Grays Inn Road, Central London. We welcome applications from experienced Recruiters but are also keen to hear from ambitious and money hungry candidates looking to build a rewarding career in recruitment.

Responsibilities:

·       Sourcing new clients through Business Development and cold-calling

·       Pre-screening candidates to assess their suitability

·       Building long lasting relationships with our doctors and clients

·       Sending CVs to our clients and organising interviews with successful candidates

·       Placing candidates by closing deals and negotiating salaries where/if necessary

·       Competent Computer Skills
