Salary: £22,000 + Bonus 

Hours: Full time, permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Learning Disability and Autism Service as a Recruitment Consultant. The role will involve sourcing the right Support Workers and Learning Disability Nurses needed to ensure people can remain in their own homes, living as independently as possible. Building relationships with the care staff that we source and ensuring all areas of compliance are fully up to date and in accordance with the Company Quality procedures before being cleared to work.

Key tasks include:

  • Liaising with LD&A Business & Service Development Teams to determine areas of high demand for focused recruitment activity.
  • Direct resourcing activity- screening applications, sourcing candidates from job boards, headhunting and completing pre-screens with candidates.
  • Responsible for management of and liaising of candidates through application process up to interview booking stage.
  • Management of Pipeline of applicants and database to present weekly stats to Line Manager.
  • Ownership of writing and monitoring Job Adverts – keeping postings relevant and up to date.
  • Developing your own knowledge of the LD&A sector, to aid in discussion with healthcare professionals.
  • Exceed targets as set by the business
