Contract Delivery Consultant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and customer service based individual working as part of our Managed Service division at our Central London based office.

In line with our contract to one of London busiest NHS Trust’s, the Contract Delivery consultant will work under the supervision of the Operational Contract Manager with the objective to help and support the trust grow their temporary workforce (direct and non-direct) while delivering a world-class service.

You will facilitate the recruitment of temporary roles at all levels across Medical Locums and AHP staffing categories, across multiple geographical locations.


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing via secondary suppliers, shortlisting, screening, arranging and conducting interviews to salary negotiations, closing and onboarding all whilst following the Trusts compliance requirements.
  • Establish close partnerships with the Master Vendor supplier and stakeholders to build a pipeline of workers in response to the Trust’s vacancy requirements.
  • Receive and process all Medical Locum and Allied Health Professional (AHP) job orders via the INGAGE technology platform.
  • Provide regular reports to Master Vendor and or Agency on live vacancies.
  • Guide and coach clinical hiring managers through the system and subsequent recruitment process.


About You

  • Able to build relationships with candidate and clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask effectively


  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Exposure to the NHS or wider Healthcare sector is desirable but by no means an essential quality.
