Candidate attraction specialist - Early Careers

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a people focused, enthusiastic and goal orientated individual to join a growing, dynamic and more importantly fun Talent Acquisition Team as a Candidate attraction specialist.

You will work to understand the unique perspective of the target audience, their wants, needs, and priorities, to improve their interaction with the ICS Group. You will be responsible for the sourcing and coordination of a range of Talent Acquisition activities and projects. This includes; building an Early careers talent pool and pipeline, volume sourcing and attraction of high calibre candidates to attend assessment centres across the UK and continuous candidate engagement with our current and future talent.

Key Tasks

  • Creating advert content and social media posts to attract candidates utilising all available sources such as LinkedIn, job board searches/adverts, blogs, social media and our in-house database system to build an extensive pipeline of talent.
  • Screening a high-volume number of applicants for assessment centres across the UK.
  • Coordinating and attending early career events such as exhibitions, workshops and career fairs
  • Assisting in the supervision of work experience/placement students, internships and student ambassadors and assisting in the creation of a rotation plan.
  • Working alongside marketing to develop and manage online presence via social media channels.
  • Maintaining a consistent and continued level of candidate engagement.
  • Developing and maintaining positive, collaborative working relationships with all staff to sustain the reputation of the people services team as a customer focused function.
