This exciting opportunity is to support a new client, opening a brand new private hospital in London. This role is based both on site and at our headquarters in Grays Inn Road, London. Working as part of a team you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within the Client organisation, and consistently managing the client’s needs supporting the full recruitment process.
Within the role you will be responsible for the recruitment of non clinical staff (ie: Finance, contact centre) across the hospital.
Salary for this role is £25,000pa basic + annual 10% bonus
Responsibilities include:
- Candidate Management - Managing the full recruitment process, providing a professional service to both clients and candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships within the Client organisation, consistently managing the hiring needs of the business
- Attending open days to generate candidates
- Conducting Assessment Centres
- Full recruitment process from sourcing candidate through to hire stage
- Provide a timely and proactive response to all enquiries
About You:
- Experience in recruiting across a range of disciplines.
- Possess strong IT skills, being proficient at using outlook, excel, word and systems.
- Be able to form key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Be proactive and driven
- Be able to work individually and as part of a team, be extremely organised and flexible whilst being proactive in your role.
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to KPI's and targets
