Job Title: Reporting Manager

Department: Health and Wellbeing

Location: Leeds

Salary: £25-30k dependant on experience

Full Time 37.5 hours P/W – Permanent Contract

Working with local authorities, CCGs and employers, we design, implement and evaluate innovative health and wellbeing services that will result in long-term health benefits through sustained behaviour change.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reporting Manager to join our Support Services team based at our Leeds office.

This is a varied role responsible for producing reports for commissioners and referrers, analysing and interrogating our datasets, identifying trends and striving for data quality. You will also manage a small team of Reporting Coordinators. This role would suit someone with excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of analysing large and complex data sets.

Responsibilities Include:

·       Produce high quality and accurate reports for commissioners and referrers in the formats required

·       Generate precise reports for finance to support the creation of invoices

·       Analyse and interrogate our datasets to identify trends within the data

·       Produce stats to support with new bid opportunities and ad-hoc reports when requested to aid with decision making

·       Manage the small team of Reporting Coordinators, who are responsible for ensuring we have top-quality data

·       Identify and correct errors within the datasets and work with Regional Trainers and Managers to highlight mistakes and avoid them re-occurring in the future

·       Work with the Management Information team to produce and create reports used throughout Health & Wellbeing division


  About You

  • Self-motivated and driven, ability to work without supervision                            
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of analysing large and complex datasets                  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong managerial skills with the ability to motivate other staff members. Be able to delegate effectively and make concise decisions.         
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as this will be a day to day requirement for this position.
  • Background within a health environment would be beneficial but not essential                                              



·       minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data analyst or reporting role

·        2:1 University degree in Maths, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar related degree
