We have an exciting opportunity available for a Facilities Assistant at our head office on Grays Inn Road. This newly created role will offer you the opportunity to start carving your career with one of the UK’s leading Healthcare Staffing providers.

Our new Facilities Assistant will be a proactive and capable administrator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor office supplies, merchandise and stationery, ensuring cost effectiveness.
  • Facilities management of office ensuring the building is continually maintained and any maintenance is carried out in an effective and timely manner. Responsibilities to include but not limited to; security & fire alarms, utilities and photocopiers/printers
  • Responsible for general housekeeping and tidiness of the office, working with teams to promote a clear desk policy
  • Diary management, event management, secretarial support and extensive travel booking for the leadership team
  • Coordinate meetings for internal and external customers, booking and preparing meeting rooms, taking minutes and travel arrangements if required.
  • Plan, organise and coordinate functions and special events.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing office mail, including shipping and receiving.
