Salary: £20,000 Including OTE

Do you want to utilise your customer service experience in a compliance setting? Do you want to be part of a fantastic company culture? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service focused individual to join our growing Recruitment Team as a Compliance Coordinator. You will be responsible for building new working relationships with our Healthcare staff at the beginning of their journey with us, ensuring excellence in customer service to both external and internal stakeholders, enabling us to match new recruits into work as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Home is where we feel most secure. Pulse Nursing at Home provides compassionate nursing for clients requiring one-to-one care at home, no matter how complex. We provide short or long-term home care to paediatric, adult, elderly, overseas, VIP and post-operative clients. We work in partnership with CCGs, local authorities, hospital teams and our clients. Provided by our highly skilled nurses and carers, our professional service is tailored to each client to enable people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and communities.

Key tasks include:

  • Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment journey, possessing a confident, warm, customer focused telephone manner when dealing with candidates, at all times.
  • Administration and compliance of support worker files complying with employment legislation and all regulatory requirements, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Department of Health (DOH) and Home Office guidance.
  • Understanding of the current recruitment and company policies and adhering to changes within these.
  • Responsible for first file sign off in accordance with company and recruitment guidelines and within the timescales agreed with Line Manager.
  • Utilise company databases and systems relating to recruitment and to ensure the input of accurate and clean data onto the system.
  • Assist with the identifying, planning and implementation of new recruitment processes and standards as appropriate.

Skills and experience:

  • Good level of basic education
  • Numerate & literate
  • High attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working to deadlines and targets
  • Self-motivated and driven
