Job Title: Marketing Manager - Fixed Term Contract (9 months)

Working hours:  Full or Part Time hours considered  (3-5 days per week)

About us 

Managed Workforce is a suite of brands within ICS – an internationally recognised provider of healthcare workforce service solutions. As such, you will not only have the support of the senior team within the division, but also the group marketing manager and the managers of the other ICS brands. ICS Managed Workforce is a complex business consisting of a staff bank service and an RPO solution; within these two master brands sit multiple candidate-facing brands, each with their own needs. The team within Managed Workforce are not your average recruiters, however, and the sense of fun, support and enthusiasm is one of the many rewards of working here.

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to guide an established and competent team of three through a period of maternity leave. If you have bags of initiative and strong people management skills with experience in developing winning brand marketing, innovation and communication strategies, then please get in touch.  

About the role:

The marketing team deliver multi-channel campaigns and are heavily focussed on ROI. Given the nature of the business you’ll be required to co-ordinate multiple client brands each with their own distinct personality, budget considerations and stakeholders. Managing the requests from the different divisions as well as internal comms, business development, tasks for the central marketing functions and PR or media enquiries will be a challenge, but a rewarding one.

About you:

This role needs a multi-tasker who can think on their feet and is used to liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, from CEO through to recruitment teams, clients, suppliers and candidates.

The ideal person will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a marketing manager position within a commercial environment, preferably recruitment or similar professional services firm
  • A flexible, adaptive, hands-on approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. You’ll be required to work closely with senior management to understand business objectives, opportunities and challenges, ensuring proactive marketing assistance
  • Experience in creating winning marketing strategies and tactical execution
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, including website, e-comms and social media
  • Experience of managing marketing events and producing marketing collateral
