We’ve a fantastic opportunity available at our branch within Kettering General Hospital for a Senior Recruitment Resourcer.

Our new Senior Recruitment Resourcer (SRR) will lead by example when it comes to delivering outstanding service and will do this by providing a fantastic environment for the team to work in, supporting them through coaching conversations, and delivering a great customer experience. Working with the Senior Contracts Manager, the Senior Recruitment Resourcer will have responsibility for the day to day activity of the team.

The SRR will monitor and develop performance of individual team members, translate senior management direction into operational success and manage the work flow of the team on a day to day basis, designating daily tasks whilst adjusting task allocation according to demand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the recruitment process and policies are kept current and meet each trusts expectations.
  • Actively manage, coach and provide development plans for all team members, resolving performance issues promptly and provide motivation that encourages all team members to deliver to their full potential.
  • To ensure team KPI’s are monitored and delivered against, managing the team on a day to day, operational basis. Report on monthly results for each consultant and contract
  • Ensure that all newly recruited candidate files meet compliance requirements and are signed off in a timely manner.
  • Deal with escalated queries and seeking to resolve these quickly and with the best resolution possible for all parties
