We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Candidate Attraction Specialist to be based at our bright and modern office in Turnford, Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision and direction of the Candidate Services Manager and will be expected to take responsibility for increasing and managing the division’s international candidate pipeline through both reactive and proactive candidate sourcing, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Tasks will Include:
- Managing the vacancies advertised on overseas platforms – writing attractive job adverts, refreshing live information, adding new vacancies, closing filled roles, assessing quality of job advert content
- Processing the website enquiries, applicants and registrations from candidates based overseas within a timely manner, conducting pre-qualifying questions to confirm they are of a quality standard.
- Proactively seeking out suitable new international candidates to build the database from a range of sources – including but not limited to Linked In, Job Boards, CV search functions.
- Develop a robust understanding of our market and demand from clients
- Formatting candidate’s CV’s at point of registration or on request from the sales team in line with set criteria.
- Any other relevant duties as required by the line manager.
The ideal candidate will also be solution orientated, self-motivated, resilient and professional. Good communication skills are essential as is an ability to multi-task and prioritise.
