Business Development Executive

Frontline Nursing is looking for a business development executive to join our team here in our busy Kings Cross office, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really hit the ground running and progress with in a sales role.

Job Scope: 

Under the direction of the Operations Director the BD Exec is a senior member of the Consultant Team and the purpose of the role is to maintain and build on current gross margin by generating new revenue streams, ensuring that sales and profitability meets and exceeds budget forecasted for the team /sector. 

Maintaining relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships. Generate vacancies from clients and develop/grow the Frontline brand across the UK. 

Key Tasks:

Sales Performance

  • Promote and develop the Frontline brand in both the Acute and Private healthcare sectors
  • To build a sales strategy to grow the brand within the off-framework market, understanding key competition and lead the way.
  • Direct approach/sales planning with stakeholders/key decision makers, networking to build brand awareness and identify opportunities
  • Achieve agreed Sales Targets and Revenue Margins within agreed budgeted costs
  • Achieve agreed KPIs for canvassing of new clients/new locums
  • Undertake Client visits and develop relationships within client organisations
  • Manage client ‘s needs
  • Take ownership of a defined client base within a geographical area
  • Interface with internal departments such as Payroll, Finance & Marketing
  • Expand cross selling opportunities within the group
  • Strong team player – sharing resources to achieve sales result for the team
  • Contribute consistency higher activity & performance levels than a senior consultant

 Client Management

  • Canvass for new clients
  • Canvass for new bookings
  • Build & maintain client data base

 Quality Control

  • Ensure all checks are carried out in line with Company standards.
  • Resolve complaints/problems quickly & accurately
  • Review quality standards of consultants from time to time

 Decision making authority: 

  • Ability to act with a minimum amount of management supervision.
