We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager, across our Hertfordshire and London offices, on a full-time permanent basis. Due to consistent growth in the field of Mental Health, the Account Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of two of our Master Vendor contracts overseeing the provision of Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Allied Health Professionals to our highly regarded NHS clients.

On a daily basis, the Account Manager will be dealing with senior managers and recruitment teams, to identify and coordinate any initiatives to maximise fill rate. Acting as the initial point of contact for Pulse, providing an account management service and troubleshooting local issues between the Trusts, Master Vendor and secondary suppliers. A strong working relationship with our technology partner is essential to ensure we are working in partnership on key Trust initiatives.

 

Responsibilities Include

  • Improving the fill rate of the Pulse Master Vendors and contracts, by forming strong working relationships with the Mental Health division
  • Work closely and meet regularly with trust clinical leads, clinical directors, HR and Temporary Staffing Team to gain a strong operational understanding of their area and use this knowledge to advise on recruitment process
  • Ownership of all processes, troubleshooting when required
  • Ensuring SLAs are maintained with secondary suppliers
  • Manage the supply chain, including secondary agencies, to ensure maximisation of fill rates and to troubleshoot any service delivery issues between client and suppliers

 

About You

  • Have a strong understanding of recruitment and compliance requirements in relation to hiring temporary staff
  • Be committed to exceptional customer service delivery at all times and in all situations, in particular ensuring effective and ongoing communications
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have a positive and solution orientated attitude at all times
  • Have the ability to grow and own the assigned account
