Recruitment Coordinator

Every aspect of our pioneering clinical support service is designed to increase capacity, efficiency and quality across the cardiac diagnostics industry.

Part of the wider UKICS Group, ICS Diagnostics are a growing healthcare diagnostics business providing high quality outsourced technology-enabled cardiac diagnostic services across the UK public and private healthcare sector. We are a CQC-registered business with a core head office team of 7 alongside a wider clinical team of 35 at present. 

You will be responsible for supporting all day-to-day operations and external communication for ICS Diagnostics. You will manage the recruitment, registration and induction of staff into our diagnostic and medical clinical teams across the UK, supporting the whole onboarding process. You will also support with various other projects/tasks as required, including marketing/social media work, content writing, customer visits, and much more.

This position will be based at our Central London Head Office and may occasionally require travel to various customer sites around the UK.

The successful candidate will work solely on providing the highest levels of service to our workforce and customers. You will have excellent organisation and communication skills, and you will have the benefit of being able to work in a close-knit supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure all elements of the registration and recruitment process are adhered to in line with
  • company standards and that ongoing maintenance activities for working staff are actioned.
  • You will source, communicate with, and recruit doctors and diagnostic staff as required by company contracts, vacancies and fluctuating regional activity.
  • You will manage candidates throughout the various stages within the application process. From first
  • contact, through contracts, compliance and induction, to commencement of clinical work.
  • You will maintain the staff database and ensure all systems are updated as required.
  • You will ensure a professional service is provided to candidates/clients at a high standard. This includes providing a timely and proactive response to all enquiries, forwarding to relevant colleagues as appropriate.
  • You will work closely will all business areas to ensure a staff member’s journey throughout the application process goes smoothly, and that all parties are aware of progress, timelines and responsibilities.
  • You will support the wider operations team with various duties to help with peaks in demand, specific projects or workloads, or to just diversify your role with us!
  • You will support wider external communications to both customers and staff on various different areas of business activity.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for marketing resource, personnel and actions, and you will lead the social media accounts for ICS Diagnostics (not essential, but preferred)
  • You will act as one of the primary points of contact for all external communications into the business

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within an administration capacity with strong organisational skills.
  • Previous experience of dealing with internal/external communications, and of a role that involves multitasking
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel.
  • Hold a minimum undergraduate degree in a Health/Science Related Subject (Nutrition/Public Health/Sports) – Desirable but NOT essential

Key Package Information:

  • £20,000 - £22,000 Salary with annual review meetings
  • Quarterly Bonus Scheme
