We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, engaging and talented HR Business Partner to work in a varied and complex role contributing at both a strategic and operational level in a people centered culture.

As the HR Business Partner you will work with our Chief Operating Officer and Group HR Director to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions to support business aims and develop high performing engaged teams.

Working closely with Senior Management and the wider People Team, you will provide a mix of hands-on operational HR advice as well as strategic partnering.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working in consultation with the Senior Management Team, HR Director and wider People Team, design, develop and lead the delivery of the local people strategy to support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the Company
  • Work closely with senior management and Line Managers providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities
  • Support and influence organisation design and organisational change
  • Leading in all matters in HR, including Talent Management, succession planning, change management, employee relations, performance management and reward, resourcing and engagement
  • Working at a tactical and operational level, as well as engaging with senior leaders on a strategic level to ensure business and people objectives are aligned
  • You will have line management responsibility for divisional employee relations and talent development colleagues

  • Confident, clear and an effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Stimulated by strategy execution and operational HR delivery
  • Gravitas and influencing skills to operate confidently and challenge at executive management level.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Ability to react quickly and positively to change
  • Customer-centric with a strong commercial focus

Qualifications

  • CIPD Qualified – Essential
  • Previous Business Partnering experience is desirable
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to provide high quality advice in complex situations with proven knowledge of employment law.
  • Ability to manage up, down and non direct reports
  • International experience is desirable or willingness to learn more about international HR & Development.
  • Proven coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills
