A&E Agency has been providing doctors to healthcare clients since 2008. Back then, the company consisted of just our three founding members covering emergency medicine doctors in the Manchester area and over the next few years we saw huge growth in every aspect of our business and we are now an established and market-leading agency for doctors operating UK-wide. Our ethos has always been to maintain growth which is why we’ve expanded into different specialties outside of just A&E - as a result, we’ve built up expert levels of knowledge in many specialist areas. We provide our clients with high-calibre doctors in either locum or permanent positions for both NHS trusts and private hospitals and we now have teams that specialise in placing doctors across: A&E; Anaesthetics; Medicine; Obstetrics and gynaecology; Paediatrics; Surgery.

We are currently looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer on a full-time permanent basis, based at our office in Grays Inn Road, Central London.

The role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to ensure a consistent pipeline of suitably qualified Doctors is available for our consultant team to place into positions with our varied database of clients.

Responsibility

·       Ensuring all elements of the registration and recruitment process are adhered to in line with company standards

·       Pre-screening candidates to assess their suitability and requirements      

·       Assisting in the preparation of CVs, correspondence and other documentation for forwarding to NHS Trust      

·       Responsible for ensuring a professional service is provided to Doctors/NHS Trust     

·       Provide a timely and proactive response to all enquiries, forwarding to relevant colleagues as appropriate

·       Competently navigate a variety of external platforms including different social media and online job boards to attract new candidates and ensure the pipeline of quality Doctors is being increased.
