The ICS Group which employs just shy of 2,000 people worldwide and is responsible for the placement of healthcare professionals to both the public and private sector, as well as providing healthcare services ourselves has a fantastic opportunity for an apprentice receptionist to join us.

Based in our Kings Cross offices you will gain a fantastic Business Administration qualification while earning a competitive and rewarding salary as well as being part of a supportive and engaged team in an international company!

You will be responsible for the delivery of reception and general administrative duties. This includes ensuring the smooth running of Kings Cross operations including, but not limited to: 

  • Reception and telephones
  • Visitors and Meeting Rooms 
  • Stationery
  • Post room, 
  • Purchasing, 
  • Travel 
  • Administrative support 

What we are looking for:

  • Self motivation
  • Confidence
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work off own initiative
