Customer Service Training Coordinator

Salary: £21,500 

Hours: Full time, 12mth FTC

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate clinical training team. The Community Training Administrator will be expected to support the Clinical Nurse Educator in all administrative and logistical tasks related to the delivery of classroom-based training held at both our national offices and external venues.

    Key tasks include:

    • Manage and prioritise all training requests made by the Community Clinical Team, under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Educator
    • Excellent level of communication between Clinical Nurse Educator and Compliance Team.
    • Assist the Clinical Nurse Educator in fulfilling administrative demands generated from all training requests
    • Ensure that all training venues are booked, and appropriate resources/ equipment is couriered to the Trainer
    • Liaise directly with the Clinical Trainers and all training session attendees as required
    • Participate in regular Training Meetings and update Clinical Team on upcoming training and outstanding training requests
    • Keep all records and training logs up to date

    Skills and Experience:

    • Good level of basic education
    • Numerate & literate
    • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages – particularly excel and experience of using in house database systems.
    • Good customer services skills and a confident telephone manner.
    • Ability to solve problems and think of working solutions.
