Regional Recruitment Consultant

Pulse Nursing have a fantastic opportunity available for Regional Recruitment Consultant to join the business. This role requires travel within the UK and possible overnight stays.

We have a unique role on offer as a Mobile Regional Recruitment Consultant. You will work across the UK across your designated region (South, Midlands, or the North). 

A field-based role, under the direction of the lead recruitment executive, the recruitment consultant is predominantly responsible for performing the interview and document checks for all associates coming through the recruitment pipeline for the Pulse Nursing Division. 

In addition, you will need to plan and co-ordinate your diary in order to conduct client visits with the purpose of building relationships and recruiting new Pulse Nursing associates and clients into the office-based sales teams. 

Key Tasks; 

Associate Management

  • Effective selling of Pulse Nursing’s benefits and the opportunities available
  • Ensuring all elements of IQX are updated at all times, at the earliest opportunity.
  • Arrange meetings with registered candidates to gather compliance and fully register
  • Utilise other Pulse locations to meet with pulse associates
  • Manage Expectations of associates at all times, keeping them informed of progress.
  • Update associate information and availability on IQX and outlook diary, keeping consultants and recruitment & compliance informed
  • Encourage referrals from associates, by understanding and selling our recommend a friend bonus scheme
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with associates and continuously review their progress

 Client Management

  • Whilst on site meeting associates, arrange to meet, existing, new, prospect or lapsed clients and represent pulse nursing
  • Leverage existing relationships to gain new contacts.
  • Resolve any surface level client issues, under the direction of the relevant manager

 Interviews

  • Plan and coordinate competency-based interviews with associates where applicable
  • Collaborate with sales and recruitment & compliance teams, establishing needs to meet with priority associates, using priority scale

 Compliance Procedures

  • Work closely with the compliance officer to ensure conversion through the complete recruitment process
  • Adhere to strict company and NHS guidelines on document checking, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Liaise with new associates in regard to compliance
  • Assist with compliance procedures in line with company and external policies
  • Scanning and uploading application forms/documents in a timely manner

 General duties

  • Working to structured routine with 1 day per week in your regional office, meeting candidates
  • Understand and embraces any changes to the role as it evolves
  • Ensure full utilisation of ‘admin days’ to contact all meeting requests and ensuring proactivity with radius searching to build diary/appointments and increase efficiency.
  • Adhere to all company administrative systems
  • Responsible for ensuring a professional service is provided to all

 As a Mobile Regional Recruitment Consultant, you will be

  • Adaptable and be completely flexible to travel and stay overnight if the need requires   
  • Working with senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring the recruitment process is adhered to in accordance with standard operating procedures
  • Confident in speaking to clients regarding best practice recruitment processes
  • The main point of contact of all contract recruitment opportunities for your region
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract the best people to the business
  • The successful candidate will ideally have experience of:
  • High volume temp recruitment
  • Managing their own workload utilising excellent admin and organisational skills

 This person will need to drive so we could offer a company car etc.
