Senior Compliance Officer

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring Staff Bank maximizes the availability of established associates, working within the compliance team. They will work to ensure that all current bank staff are fully compliant, ensuring all staff are contacted and notified of file items that needs updating. You will support the ongoing focus on the achievement of established retention targets. The compliance team works closely with many parts of the bank partners division (recruitment, bookings and business support).

This position will be based at Grays Inn Road, London. The successful candidate will work solely on making sure the Compliance Team are providing the highest levels of service to our NHS Trust. Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and give advice and guidance to the Recruitment team when and where necessary
  • Provide support to the wider Bank partners Team
  • Supporting the Compliance Team at all times
  • To ensure a professional recruitment service is provided to candidates and clients across the bank contracts
  • To ensure recruitment process and policies are kept up to date and meet each trusts expectations.
  • Report on monthly results for each consultant and contract
  • Ensure that all newly recruited candidate files meet compliance requirements and are signed off in a timely manner.
  • Attend Recruitment Events and Assessment days
  • Ensure team KPI’s are monitored and delivered against, managing the team on a day to day, operational basis

 

About you:

  • The ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Be an excellent communicator, rapport and relationship builder
  • Have excellent attention to detail

Qulifications:

  • Have experience in a similar position managing a team
  • Exposure to the NHS or wider healthcare sector, is a desirable but by no means essential quality
  • Be efficient in MS Office
