Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Pathology Group

The Pathology Group is the only specialist recruitment agency for pathology doctors in the UK. Choosing to focus solely on pathology, has allowed us to build an in-depth understanding of the unique fields we recruit for. Our team has achieved significant growth since we first launched in 2008, which we believe is due to our specialist market knowledge and a steady focus on each client’s individual needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new clients through Business Development and cold-calling
  • Pre-screening candidates to assess their suitability
  • Building long lasting relationships with our doctors and clients
  • Sending CVs to our clients and organising interviews with successful candidates
  • Placing candidates by closing deals and negotiating salaries where/if necessary  

About you:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • A strong work ethic with a positive mental attitude
  • A motivated attitude
  • Take ownership of your desk
  • Previous experience in a Sales environment is essential
  • Be efficient in MS Office
  • Driven by targets
