We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to be based in our Turnford office in Hertfordshire looking after two of the group’s brands:

Pulse AHP is a leading UK and international provider of allied health, health sciences, social work and psychological therapies staffing; we are unique in our commitment to delivering the highest quality service through placing the best people.

ICS Digital Therapies is an exciting new start-up which is leading the way in making access to therapy easier for patients. It’s digital therapy service gives patients access to affordable, multilingual and effective mental health support.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for setting strategy and objectives to maximise candidate and client attraction, retention and ROI.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, but with full support and direction from our central marketing team, the successful candidate will have complete autonomy to be creative and take the lead on any marketing initiatives and strategies for the brands.

This role will be focused on leading activity and making informed decisions to assist in identifying, developing, managing and measuring integrated traditional and digital marketing campaigns that support the agreed marketing and sales strategies.

As Senior Marketing Executive you will play a major part in determining how the Pulse and ICS brands are perceived. You will need to be highly organised, with a keen creative eye and attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity to influence and create engaging marketing campaigns for a well-established and growing business.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years’ experience in a marketing executive role and with a good knowledge of both online and offline marketing activities.  Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail and a flair for content creation.

  • Good presentation and market research skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Able to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work within a fast paced environment


  • Experience of working at a Senior Marketing Executive level
  • Experienced in creating and delivering online and offline marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Experience of producing detailed integrated on and offline marketing plans
  • Proven copywriting experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in marketing (Desirable)
  • CIM qualified or a strong desire to gain CIM qualification (Desirable)
