Registered Nurse Recruitment Coordinator

The Scottish Nursing Guild, part of Independent Clinical Services is growing and we are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Edinburgh as a Clinical Recruitment Coordinator

If you are the kind of person with great attention to detail, a strong customer service focus, a drive to produce quality work and have worked previously in a clinical setting then The Scottish Nursing Guild could be the perfect place for you. 

As a Clinical Recruitment Coordinator you will be a key part of our business, responsible for managing our candidate’s journey to register with us. You will be involved in interviewing, referencing and ensuring that all relevant compliance is in place for our candidates. Your clinical knowledge will prove invaluable when it comes to growing our workforce.

You will be required to work 8-hour days between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. We’re based on Dundee Street with great transport links and parking nearby. 

We have over 35 years’ experience of responding to last-minute clinical staffing requests. Our service is renowned for being fast, reliable, professional and most importantly trusted. 

To be considered you must;

  • Be a Registered Nurse, Senior Health Care Assistant or a Nurse who no longer holds a registration.
  • Possess strong IT skills, being proficient at using outlook, excel, word and systems.
  • Be able to form key relationships with candidates.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Be able to work individually and as part of a team, be extremely organized and flexible whilst being proactive in your role.
