Supply Executive - Doctors

Pulse Staffing is just one of our many brands that supply healthcare professionals to both the NHS and Private sector. We specialise in placing Doctors on a permanent, temporary and shift basis all across the UK.

We are a part of the ICS Group which employs just shy of 2,000 people world-wide and is responsible for the placement of healthcare professionals to both the public and private sector, as well as providing healthcare services ourselves.

Our office is located on Gray’s Inn Road and a 15-minute walk from King’s Cross station. We are currently looking for Recruitment Resourcer (Supply Executive) who will be assisting the London-based recruitment consultants to build and maintain an active candidate database to meet NHS Trust requirements.

They will achieve this by:

  • Ensuring all elements of the registration and recruitment process are adhered to in line with company standards and that ongoing maintenance activities for working candidates are actioned
  • Pre-screening candidates to assess their suitability and requirements
  • Assisting in the preparation of CVs, correspondence and other documentation for forwarding to NHS Trust
  • Responsible for ensuring a professional service is provided to Doctors/NHS Trusts by ensuring their experience of our organisation is positive and of a high standard at all times
  • Provide a timely and proactive response to all enquiries, forwarding to relevant colleagues as appropriate

The ideal candidate will also be solution orientated, self-motivated and resilient. They should have a flexible and agile approach to work, excellent communication skills, able to prioritise and multitask and be Innovative. Previous experience working in an admin position is essential.
