We are looking for motivated, ambitious graduates looking to kick start their recruitment careers. Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new clients through Business Development and cold-calling
  • Pre-screening candidates to assess their suitability
  • Building long-lasting relationships with our doctors and clients
  • Sending CVs to our clients and organising interviews with successful candidates
  • Placing candidates by closing deals and negotiating salaries where/if necessary

About you:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • A strong work ethic with a positive mental attitude
  • A motivated attitude
  • Take ownership of your desk
  • Previous experience in a Sales environment is essential
  • Be efficient in MS Office
  • Driven by targets
