At Hobson Prior we are currently looking for trainee recruitment consultants to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. You’ll have the opportunity to work in exciting markets and develop the skills to build a successful, long-term career within our global company.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Core Competencies & Values
  • Talent Pool creation to meet MRS
  • Sourcing candidates for Defined Job Orders
  • Planning each days’ activity to meet MRS
  • Achieving specific assessment criteria
  • Maintain all database records in a timely and accurate fashion to meet internal operating requirements and external data requirements

About you:

  • The ability to organise your activity in a structured fashion to consistently meet and exceed objectives 
  • The ability to consistently articulate your views verbally and in writing; both within the Company and externally to the Company’s Clients and Candidates
  • The ability to consistently motivate yourself to meet and exceed all objectives and to positively contribute to the team and the general office and company environment
  • The ability to plan, communicate, and motivate yourself and others in a consistent, structured and professional fashion

Qualifications:

  • A Levels or above
  • Previous sales experience
  • Good Level of IT capability
  • Ability to speak German or French is highly desirable
  • Degree in a Life Sciences related subject is highly desirable
