Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Manchester) - £20,000 Recruitment Starting Salary + Uncapped Commission  

Liquid Personnel is an award winning recruitment consultancy, specialising in the social work and healthcare recruitment sectors. As an aggressively growing recruitment business, we are currently recruiting for talented and driven individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

This is a full time, permanent position within Liquid Personnel’s busy and supportive recruitment team. As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for your own geographical patch, working hard to maintain relationships with candidates. The role of a recruitment consultant at Liquid Personnel is very much one of a 360 nature, you will take care of the recruitment process from start of application to final placement.

As a Trainee Recruitment consultant you will be:

  • Hardworking and money motivated

  • Previous recruitment experience ideally in a fast paced temporary market
  • Work autonomously and have a positive attitude

 

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:

  • Managing a temporary social work desk
  • Building solid relationships across all levels with your clients and candidates.
  • Effectively promoting Liquids services to ensure that we are the preferred agency for candidates
  • Proactively place your candidates onto contracts
  • Candidate calling on a daily basis including lapsed Candidates
  • Maintain and increase existing client relationships.
  • Prospect for new clients seeking new business development opportunities
