Working directly for PCC’s Global Director, David Dolman, the CSM will ensure we provide a best-in-class client service and utilize sophisticated Business Development techniques and tools to drive the growth of market share within our target client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development, Implementation, and Execution of sophisticated sales philosophies and strategies; leading to new client generation
- Winning and conducting client meetings and sales presentations
- Full Scoping and Costing of new client requirements
- Account Management and Process Management of new and existing projects
- Hitting quarterly new business development targets
- Hitting quarterly repeat business development targets
- Developing long-term, trust-based, relationships with ProClinical partners
- Degree educated: in Life Sciences or related discipline ideally.
- 4-6 years of successful Client-Facing recruitment/sales experience, ideally in the Life Sciences sector.
- Proven track-record of strong Commercial Acumen through high-level terms negotiation
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- High level of personal motivation and accountability
- Exceptional Communication skills, written and verbal
- A high potential to grow and develop, with an ability to take on training and direction.
Qualifications/Skills required:
- Degree educated: in Life Sciences or related discipline ideally.
- 4-6 years of successful Client-Facing recruitment/sales experience, ideally in the Life Sciences sector.
