Working directly for PCC’s Global Director, David Dolman, the CSM will ensure we provide a best-in-class client service and utilize sophisticated Business Development techniques and tools to drive the growth of market share within our target client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development, Implementation, and Execution of sophisticated sales philosophies and strategies; leading to new client generation
  • Winning and conducting client meetings and sales presentations
  • Full Scoping and Costing of new client requirements
  • Account Management and Process Management of new and existing projects
  • Hitting quarterly new business development targets
  • Hitting quarterly repeat business development targets
  • Developing long-term, trust-based, relationships with ProClinical partners
  • Degree educated: in Life Sciences or related discipline ideally.
  • 4-6 years of successful Client-Facing recruitment/sales experience, ideally in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Proven track-record of strong Commercial Acumen through high-level terms negotiation
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • High level of personal motivation and accountability
  • Exceptional Communication skills, written and verbal
  • A high potential to grow and develop, with an ability to take on training and direction.


Qualifications/Skills required:

  • Degree educated: in Life Sciences or related discipline ideally.
