Supply Executive - Doctors

Pulse Staffing is just one of our many brands that supply healthcare professionals to both the NHS and Private sector. We specialise in placing a variety of healthcare professionals on a permanent, temporary and shift basis all across the UK.

We are a part of the ICS Group which employs just shy of 2,000 people world-wide and is responsible for the placement of healthcare professionals to both the public and private sector, as well as providing healthcare services ourselves.

Our office is located in Turnford, Hertfordshire, and we are currently seeking an associate recruitment consultant to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis (37.5 hours/week). The successful candidate will be responsible for placing psychiatry doctors on a permanent basis to our NHS and Private clients.

They will achieve this by:

  • Sourcing suitable candidates from external job boards and our internal database
  • Pre-screening candidates to assess their suitability and requirements
  • Building relationships with our doctors and client point of contacts.
  • Sourcing vacancies proactively and taking job details from our existing clients
  • Sending CVs to our clients and organising interviews with successful candidates
  • Placing candidates by closing deals and negotiating rates of pay where/if necessary

The ideal candidate will also be solution orientated, self-motivated, resilient and will take ownership of their own desk as if it were their own business. They should have a flexible and agile approach to work, excellent communication skills, able to prioritise and multitask and be Innovative. Previous experience in sales is desirable, but not essential.
